COVID Update Banner — South Lake Tahoe, CA — South Tahoe Chamber of Commerce
The South Tahoe Chamber of Commerce has been working with the City of South Lake Tahoe, El Dorado County, and the State of California on the current Covid-19 situation. Our focus continues to be on our small businesses and our local community residents.

We know many of our members are worried about if their businesses will be able to survive the current situation, and how their lives will be impacted. Our chamber board of directors are each small business owners themselves, so we are in the same situation and have the same fears and concerns. Please know that we will continue to work with local, county, and state to protect the safety and security of our community. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.

“Small businesses, private non-profit organizations of any size, small agricultural cooperatives and small aquaculture enterprises that have been financially impacted as a direct result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) since Jan. 31, 2020, may qualify for Economic Injury Disaster Loans of up to $2 million to help meet financial obligations and operating expenses which could have been met had the disaster not occurred.”

“These loans may be used to pay fixed debts, payroll, accounts payable and other bills that can’t be paid because of the disaster’s impact.
